Digital Delivery

As our service is digital in nature, no physical shipping is involved. All processed videos are delivered electronically through our secure platform. Free users can download their processed videos for up to 7 days, while premium subscribers have unlimited access to their processed video library. Videos can be downloaded directly to your device or shared via secure links.

User Responsibilities

To ensure optimal results, users should:

Service Limitations and Delays

Data Retention

Free users' videos are stored on our servers for 7 days after processing, after which they are automatically deleted. Premium users' videos are stored according to their subscription tier. We do not claim ownership of any user content uploaded to our platform, and all intellectual property rights remain with the original content owner.
